Anthony Flaccavento, the Executive Director of Appalachian Sustainable Development, will give Sustainability Week’s keynote speech at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22 in the Dominion Ballroom of Virginia Tech’s Squires Student Center. A reception will follow at the Blacksburg Farmers Market.
Exhibits displayed throughout Squires by 25+ groups: non-profit, student, campus and community organizations. Exhibitors will also include architectural/enginnering firms and contractors currently doing business at Virginia Tech. Virginia Tech, the Town of Blacksburg, and Sustainable Blacksburg are busy planning this year’s Sustainability Week, which will run Monday 10/20 through Saturday 10/25. Check back here for updates.
